Meghan Helper is a Manager at NewGen, where she specializes in cost of service and rate design studies for electric utilities. Since joining the firm in July 2019, Meghan has contributed to a variety of projects that involve data analytics, load analysis for both solar and non-solar customers, billing processes, assessments of distributed generation, and the development of pro forma financial statements. Her work also includes providing litigation support, where she assists in preparing expert witness testimony focused on revenue requirements, cost allocation, and tailored rate design strategies for each utility’s unique system characteristics.

Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Geophysical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management. Her technical background and analytical mindset allow her to provide data-driven insights and solutions to clients facing complex regulatory and operational challenges.
