Ms. Tia Carnes joined the firm in February 2020. Since then, she has contributed to financial modeling, appraisal and valuation support, cost of service studies, and rate design analyses. Notably, she has played a key role in NewGen's organizational review and workshop development projects. Her experience also encompasses leadership training and development, team assessments, and financial analysis. Ms. Carnes joined NewGen with a strong background in customer service, logistics, and managing high-volume tasks.
