Kim Bostik assists in conducting a variety of engagements for water, wastewater, and electric utilities. Kim conducts wholesale and retail cost of service and rate design studies for water and wastewater utilities to help them understand the operational and financial impacts of their residential and commercial services. Additionally, Kim has participated in procurement support, service area valuation, litigation support, impact fee, ambulance fee, and water rate filing efforts.
