Since 2005, Grant Rabon has managed electric, water, wastewater, natural gas, and solid waste utility projects designed to safeguard clients' financial integrity primarily through the performance of financial feasibility studies, valuations/appraisals, depreciation studies, or comprehensive cost of service analyses.

Grant's role extends beyond project management. He is a trusted advisor, providing regulatory and litigation support to his clients on a variety of issues. His expertise includes revenue requirement and cost recovery issues, electric transmission rate filings, water and wastewater rate filings, and fair market value appraisals. He has testified before the Public Utility Commission of Texas, the California Public Utilities Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the Louisiana Public Service Commission.

Grant's dedication and expertise have earned him the distinction of being one of less than 20 individuals in the nation with an Accredited Senior Appraiser designation in Public Utilities from the esteemed American Society of Appraisers.
