Joe Mancinelli has over 30 years of experience as a utility consultant and has worked extensively for public power utilities across the country. Joe also served as President and CEO of NewGen for 7 years from 2014 through 2020. Offering a wide range of management, planning, and engineering economic services, his direct experience includes strategic and business planning, cost of service and rate design analyses, performance management, economic analyses, asset valuation, and revenue bond financing in the roles of project manager and expert witness.

 

Joe regularly advises senior management teams, utility boards, city councils, attorneys, and end-users on a variety of strategic and economic issues.
