Joe Mancinelli has over 35 years of experience as a utility consultant and has worked extensively for public power utilities nationwide. He also served as President and CEO of NewGen for seven years from 2014 through 2020. Offering a wide range of management, planning, and engineering economic services, his direct experience includes strategic and business planning, cost of service and rate design analyses, performance management, economic analyses, asset valuation, and revenue bond financing as a project manager and expert witness.
