Eric Callocchia, with 13 years of utility financial consulting experience, has worked with over 100 water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities throughout the United States. His guidance has led to justified revenue increases, rate structure changes, enhanced reserve policies, funded capital financing plans, and the application of other industry best practices. His expertise is demonstrated through his work with utilities and as a contributing author to the most recent edition of the Water Environment Federation’s Manual of Practice 27 – Financing and Charges for Wastewater Systems. Eric is an active member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) Rates and Charges Committee, the Chair of the Cost Allocation subcommittee, and a contributing author to the upcoming eighth edition of AWWA’s Manual M1 – Principles of Water Rates, Fees, and Charges.
