Megan Kirkland assists in conducting a variety of engagements for water and wastewater utilities. Megan primarily focuses on financial models and financial analysis to aid in developing rates to support each utility's specific objectives. In addition, she is growing her secondary focus on litigation and regulatory support by assisting clients in filing rate cases with the Public Utility Commission.
