Kyra Coyle will attend Wisconsin Public Utility Institute's annual RTO Fundamentals and RTO Advanced courses. These courses offer a better understanding of how and why RTOs are created, their many functions today, and how resource adequacy is managed, among other things. In addition to the extensive learning opportunities, attendees will have opportunities to network with fellow attendees, expert instructors, and Wisconsin Public Utility Institute board members.
