Giving back to the communities where we live and serve is essential to our company and employees. Since 2015, NewGen's Charitable Giving Program has committed 1% of our annual gross revenues to charity. As part of that commitment, we contribute to nationally recognized organizations while donating to our communities and local charities. NewGen's Charitable Giving Program has contributed over $580,000 since the program's inception in 2015. In 2022, over $100,000 was distributed amongst 41 organizations nationwide. Additionally, NewGen encourages staff to participate in an Annual Day of Giving, allowing the opportunity to gather together and give back.
